The workshops are run by Tsafi Lederman and Jenny Stacey, who have extensive experience of training adults in therapeutic and educational settings. For several years they co-directed the Creativity & Imagination courses at The Institute for Arts in Therapy and Education (IATE), a leading UK training centre for the application of integrative arts in therapy and education and a partner with London Metropolitan University.

Jenny Stacey   Tsafi Lederman Tsafi and Jenny are interested in looking at patterns of behaviour, raising awareness of choices and implementing change.

They work to help people discover what holds them back, supporting them to experiment with different behaviours.

In their work they use a wide range of creative and psychological approaches that include working with images and metaphor.

Tsafi Lederman is a psychotherapist, supervisor, trainer and group facilitator with over twenty years of experience. She specialises in integrative arts psychotherapy, Gestalt and body-psychotherapy. She has a private psychotherapy and supervision practice in London.

Tsafi is the co-director of the Centre for Professional Development in Physical therapies (CPDO Ltd.), a UK centre providing continuous professional development courses for manual and physical therapists. Her role at CPDO includes development of teaching programmes and running workshop in counselling and communications skills for clinicians. She is a senior lecturer, trainer and supervisor in the integrative arts therapy MA programme, and is involved in developing, teaching and co-directing the Creativity & Imagination programme at IATE.

Tsafi is co-author of several chapters on psychological processes in "The Science and Practice of Manual Therapy" (2005) and a chapter "Touch as a Therapeutic Intervention" in "Morphodynamics in Osteopathy" (2006).

Originally, Tsafi graduated from arts school and worked as an art teacher. She studied expressive movement and Butto dance theatre in Japan and was also part of an art performance theatre group.

Jenny Stacey is a freelance trainer, coach and organisational consultant. Her organisational experience includes working within universities, educational teams, Social Care, the prison service, housing associations and theatre companies.

Jenny has been a tutor since 2004 on the Coaching Psychology course run jointly by Novum Coaching and Leeds Metropolitan University on the Postgraduate Diploma and more recently at UCD Michael Smurfit Business School, Dublin. This Coaching Psychology programme combines her professional background in coaching and psychotherapy .

Jenny has worked for The Institute for Arts in Therapy and Education, London since 1998 training students in using creative methods in psychotherapy and counselling training courses.

She is a registered Gestalt psychotherapist with the United Kingdom Council for Psychotherapy, and Creative Arts therapist with the Health Professions Council and British Association for Dramatherapists.

She has a chapter called The Therapeutic Relationship in Creative Arts Psychotherapy in The Therapeutic Relationship (2008) edited by Haugh & Paul and is co-author with Geoff Pelham of Counselling Skills for Creative Arts Therapists (1999).
