Live Online Supervision is a unique opportunity to have professional one-to-one supervision and tuition via a video link in the area of manual and physical therapy.
The supervision is open to all manual and physical therapists who are registered with a recognised professional body and have clinical insurance.
Booking is simple. Choose the specialist you would like to have supervision with and book the length, time and date of supervision. You will have to provide copies of your professional registration, clinical insurance and sign a term and conditions agreement.

Signing this statement and booking a supervision session is an acceptance of the terms in this agreement
Parties and scope of supervision. The supervisor is Professor Eyal Lederman. The supervisee is
anyone who has booked an online supervision session and by such booking confirms that they are
either a physical or manual therapist working with patients presenting with musculoskeletal
conditions.
Professional qualifications. The supervisee should have adequate professional educational
background to be able to form a diagnosis and be able to identify serious pathologies. The
supervisee is required to produce proof of qualifications and it is in the sole discretion of
the supervisor to accept such proof as sufficient and to retain a copy on file.
Professional insurance. The supervisee should have a professional indemnity insurance cover at
the time of supervision. The supervisee is required to produce proof of professional indemnity
insurance with a copy for retention by the supervisor.
Confidentiality. The contents of the supervision session are confidential and cannot be used in
any form outside the session by either the supervisor or supervisee. Recording of the supervision
in any form is not permitted.
Extent of supervision. The supervision is only for educational purposes. The information given by
the supervisor is to the best of his knowledge at the time of supervision and in relation to the
information provided by the supervisee.
Supervisor liability. The supervisor holds no financial or any other responsibility and or
liability for the use of the supervision material by the supervisee. This includes non-therapeutic and
personal use or in therapeutic context that includes provision of treatment, education or exercise
instruction.
Termination of supervision. The supervisee has the right to terminate the supervision at any
time/point if it strays from the purpose of the supervision or if the supervisor feels that it is
inappropriate in any way; however under these circumstances refunds are not possible and any
outstanding payments must be made. The decision to terminate the supervision in entirely in the
discretion of the supervisor and any overpayments refunded.
Unforeseen termination due to technical failure. If the session is terminated by a technical
failure on the side of the supervisor the session's fees will be refunded in full. There will be no
refund of the supervision fees for technical failures arising on the supervisee's side.
Cancellations & Refunds. At least one week's written notice is required to cancel a pre-booked
supervision session. A 10% fee (covering bank charges) will be deducted from refund associated with
cancellations by the supervisee. Unforeseen cancellation by the supervisor will be refunded in full.
