Transform Your Manual Therapy Practice with Harmonic Technique

Harmonic Technique is a rhythmic, three-dimensional mobilisation of soft tissues and joints that tunes in to the body’s natural resonant rhythms to support recovery processes through it effects on tissue repair, fluid dynamics, pain experience and whole person processes.

Across the weekend you’ll benefit from a highly practical, hands-on experience where you will learn to apply specific Harmonic techniques to a wide range of joints and clinical conditions.

WHAT YOU'LL GAIN:
  • A clear understanding of the biomechanical, physiological and neurological foundations of Harmonic Technique.
  • The knowledge to apply this approach in supporting repair processes.
  • Insight into its analgesic and psychological influences in therapeutic use.
  • Practical ability to apply the technique effectively to most joints.
  • The confidence to **identify conditions that may benefit** from this approach.
This workshop is ideal for manual and physical therapists, osteopaths, physiotherapists and movement specialists seeking to deepen their clinical repertoire with evidence-informed, gentle yet effective techniques.

Harmonic technique is a development of early osteopathic oscillatory manual approach by Dr Eyal Lederman. In the last 30 years he has researched this group of techniques, expanded the technique repertoire and highlighted their therapeutic value. Harmonic Technique has international recognition and has been taught in 23 countries.
This approach forms a part in several manual therapy and osteopathic higher education programmes.

Harmonic Technique is a three dimensional mobilisation of soft-tissues and joints. It is a rhythmic, manual therapy approach in which the practitioner tunes to the individual's natural body rhythms (resonant frequencies) emulating and amplifying these patterns. Harmonic Techniques can be applied therapeutically to different joints and tissues to aid different recovery processes.
